Functional, but confusing interface

It does its job reasonably well, albeit with the 30s limit. But navigating around is baffling. This app could use a review from a UX professional.

In particular, I dont need most of the possible export conduits, but there is no way to delete or remove them from the UI. I have partially set up some of them while exploring, but having decided against them, I want to get rid of them. some are just plain silly (why do we need an SMTP export when integrated iOS mail is available?

Finally, I sure wish there was a way to convert my dictation to text.
